A Bolden Company
Our Process
Explore the steps from your first roofing conversation through scope, coordination, cleanup and final review.
1. Start the conversation
Call or email Tianna with the property address, building type and the concern or planned project. Mention access needs and prior work that may matter.
An inquiry does not reserve a date. The company must confirm whether the request can be considered and what information is needed next.
2. Assess and agree on the scope
Discuss the purpose of the assessment and the findings or documentation you need. Ask for the proposed roof areas, materials, removal, cleanup and exclusions in writing.
Compare optional work separately from the main request. Any product terms and workmanship terms should be identified in the actual agreement.
3. Coordinate the work
Before scheduling, agree on access, material handling and the person who can authorize changes. For occupied properties, explain entrances and activities that need coordination.
If new conditions are discovered, ask how they will be documented, priced and approved. The initial proposal should make that process clear.
4. Review and keep the record
Discuss the completed scope, cleanup and any remaining questions. Keep the agreement, product information and completed-work record together.
Keep your project records together so you can refer to the material choices, agreed responsibilities and any follow-up information.
A New Division. The Same Pride.
