A Bolden Company
Roofing FAQs
Find answers about roof assessments, repair and replacement decisions, estimates and contacting the roofing team.
Does an estimate request book an appointment?
No. Availability, assessment needs and appointment details are confirmed directly with you.
Are estimates free?
Ask Tianna about assessment and estimate terms when you call or email, before arranging the next step.
Should I choose repair or replacement?
Describe the condition and your goal first. Ask the assessment to explain what a repair addresses, what remains and why a broader scope may be proposed.
What should be in a written proposal?
Look for the roof areas, materials, removal, cleanup, exclusions and how additional work is authorized. Product and workmanship terms should be identified separately.
Can the website diagnose storm damage?
No. Images and descriptions do not establish the condition of your roof. Use observations from your own property and discuss an appropriate assessment.
Does registration guarantee an insurance claim?
No. Contractor registration and an insurer’s coverage decision are different matters. No claim outcome is promised.
Do I need to take pictures from the roof?
No. Start with ground-level or interior observations and any existing photos. There is no need to climb onto the roof to start a conversation.
Which areas and services are available?
Explore the service and area pages, then contact Tianna with your property address and requested work to discuss availability.
How can I share feedback about my project?
Email Tianna@boldenroofco.com to tell us about your experience with Bolden’s Roofing.
Is the Wichita address a walk-in office?
Please call before planning an in-person visit.
